About the Position
DC's Kosher Food truck is seeking a Director of Strategy/Business Manager to run and grow its operations.
The Brooklyn Sandwich Company is a successful Kosher food truck operating in the DC area. We are seeking an ambitious leader to learn the the operations and expand our customers.
Duties involve managing the day to day cooking, serving the food, as well as coordinating inventory and orders. The individual will also be responsible for growing the business through sales calls, meeting with potential and current clients, and launching strategic marketing plans.
Compensation will be in the form of a base salary plus profit sharing with the owner. Your growth / income will be entirely up to you, the sky is the limit.
The manager must be Shomer Shabbos and Kashrus.
Qualifications:
* Motivated and self driven
* Good people person - necessary for excellent customer service while on the truck and for sales calls
* Clean, neat, organized
*Problem solver, able to calmly improvise and innovate when issues arise
