OU Press and Koren have recently published Kinot Koren Mesorat Harav, which provides the complete Tisha BâAv service and an exceptional commentary on the Kinos by Rav Soloveitchik, ztâl, including a new English translation of the Kinos by Rabbi Weinreb.
