To all Baltimore friends of Mr. Milton Herman Z’L: There will be a dedication of a Sefer Torah to mark the first Yahrtzeit of Mr. Herman Z’L . Mr. Herman was an active member in Shomrei Emunah, and had many friends and acquaintances here. In honor of his memory, his son, Dr. Sanford Herman, has purchased a Sefer Torah and would like to invite everyone to attend the dedication of the Sefer Torah. Everyone is cordially invited to inscribe a letter in the Torah, free of charge. Please come to participate in this great mitzvah, and to honor Mr. Herman’s memory. Light refreshments will be served.
