All prospective 1st time home buyers in Baltimore city are invited to attend a CHAI Homebuyer Workshop. Learn the 10 steps to becoming a homeowner; discuss the importance of good credit; receive valuable information about available loans, grants and incentives; obtain referrals to reliable lenders, realtors and other housing professionals.
